Shipping & Returns

Thanks for your purchase buying online can always be a worry however don’t stress we have you covered.

Ordered a wrong size don’t panic feel free to return the item to us within 7 days for a replacement here is w   hat you need to do

1. Return the item to Scooter And Skate Warehouse 7-8 / 278 Nicklin Way Warana QLD 4575

2. Send the item with tracking

3. Enclose a note with a contact phone number that we can get you on ( This is important )

4. Note what size and colour you would like to exchange for

5. Lastly enclose a pre-paid return satchel back to you with tracking ( If you are going larger make sure the satchel is bigger than the one you return )

If you are sending the item back for a refund the cost of the original postage will be deducted + a 10% re stocking fee

We don't ship to addresses on the Sunshine Coast as we have a Retail Store in this location  ! Unfortunately we presently have no commercial delivery contracts in place on the Sunshine Coast

Some address in W.A and the N.T will attract a delivery fee this will be above and beyond our flat rate shipping charge we will advise you in this instance !

Scooter & Skate Warehouse have commercial contracts in place to use the Australia Post E-parcel system.  This system is secure, safe and reliable.  All orders are traceable from the time they leave our warehouse until the customer signs for their parcel at the delivery address.

In the event of your absence during delivery, the Australia Post contractor will leave a calling card advising you of their attempted delivery.  Once you are in receipt of this card, you will need to take it to the nominated post office listed on the card (generally the closest post office to the delivery address) for collection.  When attending the Post Office, ID will be required for collection.  

At Scooter & Skate, we take your order very seriously and will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours.  Delivery times can vary from time to time
