If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item/s we will exchange the item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply return the item to us in an unused condition with all tags and labels attached along with proof of purchase and we will swap it over. All postage costs to return the item/s however will be at your expense and you must enclose a pre paid bag / box with a return address on it, as well as a note clearly specifying the item/s that you would like to exchange it for. Please include your name, address and a contact phone number on the note.
The majority of products we sell come standard with a manufacturer's warranty and these warranties apply to your purchase. Where possible, we require a photograph of the faulty item in the first instance.
Please email relevant photographs and information pertaining to the faulty item to [email protected] If a product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. If, in the event, a replacement item is not available, a full refund will be provided once the faulty item has been returned. Alternatively you can go to our Resolution Centre to submit a dispute online. Simply follow the prompts in relation to your order.
If an item is returned as faulty, the product is to be received in the same condition it was posted with necessary tags and proof of purchase. Postage costs incurred to return the faulty item will be refunded.
If you made an online purchase your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-10 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If you are unable to find your receipt we will accept a bank statement showing proof of purchase.
